We are a London based firm which specializes in Process Serving. We take pride in providing a high level of service to our clients. Give us the problem sit back and get a solution. If we can not help you we have a number of agents across the UK who are more than capable of asssiting. We are partners with the UK Private Investigators Network (UKPIN).
The Company was establised 3 December 2012 by Mr Don Kitanno. He came up with the idea after eduring some personal struggles with his divorce, custody battles and his need to leave the Armed Forces. He started the business with a view to support clients who required specialist, reliable services, without breaking the bank.
Don Kitanno stands out from the rest because we operate under our core values which are Loyalty, Respect, Integrity and Discipline. Our Loyalty lies with our clients ensuring that they are put first and given the highest quality of service. We respect all our potential and current clients regardless of ethnic background, gender, age, race or abilities. Being honest and having strong moral principles are integral parts of our team training here.
All personnel at Don Kitanno are fully trained and aware of the various 'Acts' which they must abide by, including, Data Protection Act 1998, Freedom of Information Act 2000, Computer Misuse Act 1990, Human Rights Act 1998, Telecommunications Regulations 2000 and Wireless Telegrapphy Act 2006.
The company specializes Process Serving, Accident Reporting, Status Reporting and Repossessing but will expand to accomodate more services in order to launch nationally.
All personnel at Don Kitanno p.i. are trained and accredited by the UK Private Investigator Network (UKPIN).
