ACCIDENT REPORTING
Accident reporting is the recording of the facts and circumstances of an accident in order to assist an instructing client in establishing the guilty party. To achieve this a number of on scene measurements and photographs must be taken including interviews of witnesses.
STATUS REPORTING
A status report informs an instructing client or creditor of a debtors financial circumstances and their ability to repay an outstanding debt. From this report the creditor will establish whether or not it worth pursuing the debt and also what proposals are being made to repay it.
Reposeession is the process by which property his returned to the rightful owner from the current owner. It is usually a last resort from creditors after attempting to recover money for their property.
